I have actually seen some information stating that it may stimulate hair tissue AND the reverse...That meaning that it does just the opposite and is used to treat hirsuitism ( abnormal hair growth ). I would suggest that you do some more research before starting a regime. Try doing a Internet search. Keep us posted. ------------- -Happy Hair Days Kim |
