Hi everyone. I wanted to say that I was having very bad hair problems about a year ago and I didn't know aht to do to get my once healthy hair back to i8t's original state, but I have seen the light. I started by trimming my hair regularly because the major problem was very thin ends. I went to the beauty salon every 2 weeks and made sure I got my hair treated. Next I choose to put extension in my hair to help it grow out. I took out my braids and it was thicker and longer I trimmed my hair befor I put in braids after I took them out I got a perm. I still wasent completely satisfied with my hair although it had greatly improved. I decided that leaving my hair alone(wearing it in protective styles) was the best thing to do. So after my perm I wore my hair in buns and weave ponytails for about six weeks. Right befor I got another perm I trimmed my hair again( I try to trim in every 8weeks but never more that a week longer than 8). After my perm I discovered my hair had gotten even thicker and longer and that was this week. I must say That I am so happy with my hair now. I used to be very depressed about my hair but I just had to get over my fear of the scissors. They turned out to be my best friend! I just want to say that for all the people out there who are struggling with getting their hari back to a healthy state don't worry there is hope I never thought I would see my hair back thick again but it is it made a complete turn around. So if you are having problems with your hair I would say that maybe you should try what I did for my hair. It'll get better faster thna you think! My #1 message Is DON"T BE AFRAID OF THE SCISSORS. Just make sure that who ever trimms your hair doens't trim it to much or do like I did and learn to correctly trim it yourself. God bless and good luck.
