Im thinking of getting a bonnet hair dryer and i was wondering if drying my hair that way would damage my hair. As in compared to a blow dryer or curling iron. I want to use it for both drying and deep conditioning. What do y'all think?

It's less damaging because its not putting heat directly on the hair shaft.

I would suggest investing in one with negative ion techonolgy which would be better than a regular bonnet dryer...IMO. Negative ions reduce the size of water droplets on your hair, allowing more water to be absorbed. This helps condition, soften, and make your hair shinier while adding volume. It dries hair faster, Reduces "frizzies." and your hair should look more luxurious. I use mine for drying and conditioning. I got it at Sally's.
