I think it allows the pomade to spread or somethin.. i'm not sure.. and you can put some on your hands and put it over somethin hot [stove or something]

How do you melt the grease?

You can use a blow dryer. Turn it up to a high heat and speed. Hold it close to the pomade tin until it becomes thin and like liquid. It will be hot so be careful. This method only melts the top bit of pomade. Do not try this with 360. It's too thin and will get too hot. If you don't have a blow dryer put it in the oven. The tin is not microwave safe.
Hope this helps!

also let the oil sit for 3 minutes then apply before pomade dries again.

I just staed how. No it isn't dangerous. It helps the thicker pomades spread better. No,it's not painful, it gets warm not scalding hot. If you put it in the oven, use mittens and give it a moment to cool, but not harder.

In it, on a baking pan. The fastest way is still the blow dryer.

Just until the top had melted. For a little bit I held it for about 40 seconds. To get alot melted hold it for about 2 minutes or until it starts to blow out. The only bad part about this is that some of it may blow out.
