Can I just take step 2??

I take prenatal vitamins daily already, but what I was wondering was if I could just take step 2? Do I need to take step 1 if I already take prenatals?--or--do I need to take step 1 and two together like a set? One more thing if you take step 1 and 2 you wouldn't also take your regular vitamin (prenatal) Right?? Thanx, Christina

Christina,

Yes you can take just Step 2. If your prenatal vitamins adequately cover whats in Step 1. Then I wouldn't take Step 1. If Step 1 includes things that aren't in your prenatal vitamins then you might want to go ahead and take Step 1.
