I was wondering if I can take HF37 while on birth control pills? I haven't bought the HF37 yet because I want to be sure that it is safe. Another question if you stop taking them does anything bad happen to your hair? And one more are there any negative side effects to these pills? I have read about the headaches is that detremental to my health?

Thanks so much!

There should be no reason that H37 can't be taken with birth control pills. Since H37 is just vitamins, minerals and amino acids, there's nothing in it that you couldn't get in a healthy diet (and lots of it to get the quantities in H37).

Nothing bad will happen to your hair if you stop taking H37, except it will stop growing as fast.

The only possiblely negative effect of H37 is that a small percentage of the people who take it are sensitive to the niacin. This sensitivity manifests itself as a mild sunburn like feeling starting 20-30 minutes after taking it and lasting 20-30 minutes. This can usually be avoided by taking H37 with a meal. A small percentage of people have have reported headaches as well, but we haven't been able to confirm these cases. It could be that they need to cut back a little on the dosages. Some people think that if you take more than the recommended dosage your hair will grow faster, but that is not necessarily the case.

Best Wishes...
