Hi i just got the products and I am reading the bottle on step 1. It mentions that the folate should not be over 1000mcg. Well I take regular vitamins with folic acid at 250mcg and each pill of Step 1 has 800mcg. So in one day I would have 1850mcg. I am confused. Please help. Thanks alot

Actually its refering to the iron folate. It should not be a problem as long as you don`t take more than the 2 Step 1 per day.
