Does anyone have any tips or ideas, my hairdresser lightened my hair, and then bleached it. It made my hair way too platinum and it is severely dry and won`t hold colour very well. I`m using silk moisturizing treatments, but what else can I do. I`m afraid to dye it or anything at all, because I don`t want to make it worse. I`d love to hear what a professional thinks. I need help.

Go and get a good hair cut. Have as much as you can stand cut off. If you don`t want to loose the length, have some layers put in.
Then buy a good shampoo and conditoner, Redken`s All soft or Bioloage hydrating and balm are both great. I would use a leave in too. (I do now, even if I don`t dry my hair with a dryer. My hair is very healthy I just use it to keep it that way) And get a good treatment (reconstructor).
Use as little heat as possible on your hair.
If it looks realy damaged even after your haircut, try to wear it in a french braid or up until it starts to look better.
