I have new growth but I really don`t know if thats my regular growth rate or added with the vitamins. Is it just as good as HF37 because I can`t really get that at this time. Also see that most people or taking more than one kind of vitamin a day and how many of these vitamins do they take. Because I take natures bounty only 3 times a day. I would take also another vitamin for ultra growth but I`m afraid of overdosage. ------------- A STRONG BELIEVER IS A STRONG ACHIEVER!!!!!!!!!
