It has kicked in. The results are noticeable. The growth rate of my hair and nails has speeded up - also I have more energy and my skin quality has improved. I hadn`t expected to see results for a few months so I am suprised. Also increased my intake of animal protein a month back. This has probably also boosted the keratin output from my body.
