MethylSulfonylMethane:
i believe it is a type of organic sulfur that is in vegetables, etc. and makes up a big part of our bodies- things like skin, hair, etc. The typical diet is usually lacking in it because of all the processed foods that we eat. if you want to get more of it without taking a supplement then eat more raw veggies.(the RAW part is important because MSM is easily destroyed by cooking) or, like many people do, you can just take a supplement of it. there is lots of info about it on the net. hope this helps a little.
