I've read it helps with fallout and growth. I tried taking some in the past but stopped after only a week or so. I'd like to start up again and just wanted to get opinions on how much every one else takes. The pills I have are 750mg each. Thanks. I was told to only take one since the dose is so high. I am taking it and glucosamine for knee joint problems though. -------------
