As far as pre-natal vitamins, they really don't promote hair growth just supplementation for expecting moms to keep them healthy. You really need to use a hair vitamin for accelerated hair growth. I personally use Viviscal combined with HF-37 although I just ordered some Hairtopia because I hear it works better then HF-37. We'll see!
