I've been seeing 'MSM' appear around here quite frequently....am always on the lookout for things that may be good for me and as a bonus boost hair growth/health! I was searching around for some info on MSM and was amazed by what I'd found. What is good dosage? Is there such a thing as 'too much'? I've seen the capsules in both 1000mg and 500mg ?? Ideas, comments, thoughts would be most welcomed!!   ------------- Mylissa |
