I have just witness this new line of salon from Japan here in Malaysia. Its a place where you can get a hair cut in 10 minuted for just $3.15. There is no cashier, just a machine that accepts coins and bills. You received a card and you wait for your turn. This stylist are proeprly trained to give you a quick haircut. They are also very hygenic. They give you the comb that they use to cut you hair for hygeninc purpose. They sterlized the scissors and blade after each customer. They wipe every hair in a hole beneath the chair that sucks it out of the cutting place. These salons are popping all over Asian countries. I wonder if there is potential for them to sprout up in the western countries? Oh one thing. The salon is a halfkiosk which mean they cam be moved anywere with a little bit of screwing and unscrewing. And the have clear glass walls so that the whole shopping citiznes of the mall can see you getting a haircut.
