When U 1st starting out getting waves training your hair do you use wave grease?

ive been trying to get waves since the fros been cut oct 29 i have some in the back buut none in the front or the sides i was just wondering was it becuz i used wave graese too early
My routine is
wash hair
brush
pink oil
brush
wave grease
brush
lets jam
durag or sc
any tips help pleze i need to be spinning

I would suggest that you wash, apply pink oil and focus brush. Focus brushing is brushing in one spot a set number of strokes. I do 25 strokes in each spot and go around the head twice. Don't use any pomades if you don't have any waves. Wait until you start to make some progress and then start using it. I only use blue magic because it makes my hair curl up.
