I have the hair length, but my hair is fine being this short. I prefer not to have to get a body perm... are there products out there that will add volume, maybe give some wavyness or should I go a different route?

I think mousse is meant to be light and airy, and give volume to the hair. I dunno what brands are good, though, because I've never used it-- the texture of it turns me off, because it's like shaving cream or something.

Aveda Hair Tonic and Rusk Thick both plump up my fine hair.

Great, I will try those. Do you think a body wave would help to achieve this or maybe curling it? Do those products help with creating waves?

I've never tried them for creating waves.

I now have the pomade...
this stuff makes the hair oily if you use too much. It's going to take some getting used to.
