will toning my stomach reduce my chest size? If so, how much?
Before, my waist was 28inches and my chest 34A (yes small) but now my chest is the same but waist 30inches, but I wanna tone it and I heard it can reduce chest size - will that happen to me? I just wanna loose like 2 inches and I don't wanna smaller chest..please help.. and I heard we have to do cardio first to remove fat or something and then ab excercises, so is bike riding okay? Will that help? I go to the gym but I'm working on my legs cause I'm confused on the chest/ab thing, so will that helpa bit too?
Also, I'm 19 turning 20 and 5'4'' I think. Help..

If when you gained weight/fat it didn't effect your boobs... losing it shouldn't either.
