I have a problem i am starting to put on pounds i only put on 6 pounds, but it's starting to affect me and i get depressed a lot b/c of it, so wut are some healthy diet tips??

hmm..i have only just found this board and feel very strongly about some of the posts and replies....'STOP BINGE EATING' is not going to help anyone....more than likely it can do harm...
how old are you?its very likely that this is just a natural weight gain. i jumped from 7 stone at 14 to 9 stone at 21 (whilst being 5'7 since age 14...)and still consider myself in good shape
if someone feels they are ganing weight and are worried enough to ask for advice on a forumlike this you should treat them with respect....

I said don't binge eat b/c she had a previous post that said "I BINGE EAT A LOT!" - so obviously that's why she gained 6 pounds.
