A week ago my hair was relaxed with PHYTOSPECIFIC Relaxer. I have bought the following Phytospecific products: Phytospecific Restructuring Milk Phytospecific Optimal Hydration Milk Phytospecific Hydra-Repairing Shampoo Phytospecific Intense Nutrition Shampoo Phytospecific Vital Force Shampoo Phytospecific Revitalizing Scalp Treatment I am not sure how often I should use what!
