Date Posted: October 18 2004 at 3:39pm GUY: Hey, I'm growing my hair out to a shaggy state (or so I think) but i have the undying feeling to cut it and I need help what to do and not to do when growing your hair, just the basic info what to use and not use, any help I could get would be find. Replies: Posted By: AnaisSatin Date Posted: October 18 2004 at 4:42pm I boil it down to a few things to keep in mind for healthy growth: (1) Eat right, take multivitamins, drink enough water (2) Don't use heat tools (includes blow frying) (3) Don't dye, perm, or use other chemicals (4) Condition well and possibly use oils (though you might not need it) (5) and mucho patience.
