i just got the babyliss thermaglass straightners for my xmas, they looked really good, but they aren''t working very well. My hair doesnt stay straight for any more than 5 minutes, and i don''t even have really really wavy hair. my old remington super smoothe were miles better at straightning. has anyone else encountered this problem or have any solutions. please help me

OK I've thankfully got my money back on the thermaglass now, so what is the best straightner out there for a reasonable price. (I live in the UK so I dont have quite the same range, maybe other brits would know of anything good?) Any suggestions apprichated
