Has anyone tried the wet to dry straightener from Conair? I want some comments about it before I go make the purchase.

I heard that it is bad to flat iron your hair when it is wet. What distinct feature did they add in this flat iron to be able to use on wet hair?

Heat is heat.. I don't see any way a manufacturer can change the quality of heat. I don't see any way it can be different from a regular flat iron that has temperature control. Wet hair should NOT be ironed (causes steam, steam can cause hair shaft to burst). Heck, professionals don't even recommend brushing hair while wet, let alone flat iron it.

HTH :)
