Is carrot juice good for growth?? I eat baby carrots every so often and I've heard that it's for the hair. I know I notice a difference in my skin pretty quickly.

Carrot have an abundance of vitamin A (retinol) which is good for eyes and beneficial for skin, but I've never heard of anyone claiming a benefit for hair.  However, I wouldn't be surprised if a link was there.  It seems that good food and water are good for your hair in any case.

I am sure it is good for your body overall. On the longhaircareforum, I saw them do a carrot juice challenge.

Many people rave about carrot juice increasing the thickness of the hair, so I guess its good for growth. I wanted to try it, but I'm not consistent with food/drink for my hair like eggs for growth, and the carrot juice for growth/thickness, so I didn't. The only things I'm consistent in consuming faithfully everyday are my supplements and lots of water.
