The following has worked well for me to prevent hair loss:

1) Shampoo Daily with Mane and Tale brand Shampoo

2) Shampoo with Nizoral once per week

3) Use Folicure brand hair conditioning lotion every other day

4) approx. once every quater use a box of Folicure scalp treatment liquid

* 3-4 times per year i'll switch shampoos for variety.
