Are all color rings similar?  I just received ont from Not Just Wigs, an ebay meneber and remember someone saying thier hair is crap.  I was hoping that Dr. Locks or His and Hers was the same ring so that i didn't have to order more color rings.  Anyone know.

The color I looking for is 24BT18

Well, they're not all the same, but there is a pretty universal color system that a lot of companies use (1 is black, 613 is lightest blonde, 24 golden blonde, 30 auburn). That said, one brand's 613 isn't another brand's 613. As such, ideally it's best to have the color ring, but it's a pretty big investment if you won't be using the hair long term, so it's also good to ask around. :)

The color on this ring is perfect for my hair it's a light auburn on top fading to a dark ash blond.  Any suggestions for Dr. Locks.

International Wigs has the exact same color ring.

Color rings are usually by brand, so you should decide which brand of whatever (hair, hair dye) you'll be using most and buy their color ring. For PH it's almost a must since they have so many colors and they use names instead of numbers to identify them.
