I thought I'd add this, as their listing is a bit confusing; the synth hair they sell is NOT ProStyles hair. Although it's called Profibre, that's just their name for it, not the ProStyles brand name. I emailed them to confirm it and that's what they said. It is apparently their own brand of synth.

Just thought I would say a few words as shel221 is telling everyone that my human hair is rubbish, which is very upsetting because I am an honest trader and know that my stock is of a very high quality.  I don't know why she is doing this, perhaps it is because she sells human hair herself and is just jealous.  Who are you shel221? Do I know you?

Please check my feedback as proof I am an honest and trustworthy woman to trade with.  All my loyal happy customers can't be wrong!!!

Have a nice day

I think it would be best to just say what happened instead of having to pm you about it, that way more people can read whats up

On a more serious note, what is wrong with their hair?

Oh, here we go....

Well, you have the right to defend yourself, I suppose. But please know that you shouldn't be advertising here. The last thread you posted was a blatant ad, and the policy here is to delete those threads.

SO YOU DONT KNOW ME THEN HOTDOG!.......

You will find my letter in your file headed DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS, which i know you received as it was sent recorded delivery!

THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED LADY'S...

.....called her up re- HH and paid £50 (approx $90) for it and i also got one of her hollywood honey sticks at £3.  The hair doesnt look like 4oz but i will have it weighted to check it.  It was dry, brittle, had no shine and snapped in my hands and as per my telephone conversation with her when i bought it she said i will have no problems with it.  I called her up as i couldnt use this hair on any of my customers as my reputation is at stake.  She told me that she would buy itback off me at the current market value.  I said no i would like a full refund pls as the hair isnt up to the standard expected for the price paid (i can get £20 hair that in my oppinion is much better than this) and she said no due to hygene reasons.

She said that i was then implying that her hair wasnt remi and that i had personally insulted her.  i told her than no offence but im not interested if she is insulted or not as i am just a customer that is unhappy and would like a refund.  She then acused me of saying that her hair was not remi (which i didnt say but to be honest i do think this) and told me "I think you should get a lawyers letter my dear"  she then tried questioning me beyond the point so i told her that her questions werent relevant to my conversation and she went balastic constantly repeating what she thought i said.  I told her no thats no what i said and tried to explain but she was continuing to reat her version now shouting over me and not letting me speak.  i told her dont you dare speak to me this way.  She then told me not to call again so i sent her a letter by recorded mail telling her to send me a full refund within 14 days under the distance selling regulations (as per my lawyers instructions).  i await her response so will keep you updated.

(sorry about the context this lady makes me mad.  she had me crying my eyes out when i came off the phone to her.  Im sorry but i wont be ripped off out of £50 and let someone try to tell me i have no rights)

BUYERS BEWARE!

I did Kalika.  I will call my credit card company right now!  I have nothing to hide and i am relly angry that this lady has the cheek to defend herself after the above!! I mean she refused to help point blank so i dont feel sorry for her now.  I can quite happily provide evidence of my experience at any time!

thanks Kalika i will do this just now! x

No problem.  I dont recommend chargebacks unless youve tried your best to rectify the situation beforehand and the merchandise really is shoddy, and you've done just that.  I also think hotdogs behavoir on here was extremely unprofessional

I had this happen once before too, the hair was COMPLETELY not useable WHATSOEVER (from someone on ebay). Well I tried everyway possible to get my refund and was beyond my paypal time limit because I gave the person the benefit of the doubt about my refund. (Long drawn out story) When I realized it wasnt gonna happen I called my credit card company and they had no problem what so ever with crediting my account then charging it back to the sellers account. Just give your credit card company a call. They will probably help you out!

Hotdog sounds like a psycho!

I received my first bad batch of hair from MB (1 bad batch in 6 years) and called them right away to let them know about it.  They had me send it back and they promptly replaced it, no questions asked.  They said they trusted my professional opinion and if I thought it was bad hair, they would take my word for it.

That's an example of superior customer service!
