I was just browsing round the Plastikhaar website and drooling, and I
noticed that Sara has made 1m wefts available. Yaaaaaaaaaay!

Sorry if anyone has posted this before, and I just didn't see it, but I
figured you guys would definitely want to know about this!

Oh, wow! Check it out. Thanks for the link, Sam.

So it's 34 CHF, which works out to be $28.49 (U.S.) per meter. At 90 CHF for the 5 meters, it would be $75.38 (U.S.) for the bulk order, so each meter would be $15.07 (U.S.). But that shorter option is still a deal--great for people who need to order in smaller amounts to try it out or get a few different colors.

I see that Sara's also offering the Dome Care product, too, as well as the shampoo, conditioner, and so forth. Plus, her rexlace is on sale, and she's just added La Riche hair dyes--does anyone have experience with this brand? Can you use them on PH?

Hey, buying Dome Care from her might be cheaper than buying it from Dome! She charges less for shipping, and she's half a continent farther away from the US.

I doubt the hair color will work on PH- if it's the Directions I've heard of, then it's a normal veggie-based hair dye, which does not take on synthetic hair (unless it's synth specifically made for dyeing, like therm or OPH). Normal nylon-based synth (i.e. every monofiber) will only take  dyes formulated for nylon.

Sounds good to me. I'm sort of wondering about those other Dome products, the "Wash" and the "Smooth." I've only used the "Care" myself. Has anyone heard any feedback on the others? :)

My hair is currently purpled with Directions, and I can confirm it's
one of your common or garden variety veggie dyes. I really can't see
it even touching monofibre.
