I'm not exactly sure if this is the right place to post, but I didn't see any other way to contact the admin.  I was wondering if members can make existing topics as sticky or do we have to have an admin to do it.

There is a topic in the African American section called New years hair resolution and i thought it would be a great sticky so we can remember what we wanted to do and see if we have achieved it.
