I really want a boob job but my breast are small and Im afraid I dont have enough breast tissue to carry off a "real" look.  I dont want to look like I have two bowls on my chest.  Any advice.

im getting mine done in a few years...i would just go to an amazing surgeon (you get what you pay for) and not go too big.  I know a girl who just got hers done.  Shes so tiny that they had to actually use a special implant that was smaller in circumference and they loook great

 

she went from a small A to a small C

Try searching for information to learn all you can about breast implants.  One place that I like to go to is:

I don't have implants but it is a possibility in the future.  It is a big decision and I'm in no hurry.
