Please someone help me! I have a very bad haircut, maybe 2 inches all over the top of my head and not even to my shoulders. I want hair extensions really bad, but I called and they said my hair had to be 4 inches on top to get them. I can't go out in public without a hat on now! I'm very upset. I also have very bleached, fine hair. Please reply ASAP if you can help me. I've even thought about buying a wig, but my friends will know it's not my real hair.

Thank you so much! mailto:carla3692@aol.com - carla3692@aol.com

hi carla,

ive just had extensions put into my hair, and my hair was 4" long, and I hated it this short.  David my friend, spent 4 hours putting single strand fusion bonds in and I am very satisfied.

Don't fret just get a good quality wig and wait until your hair gets a bit longer and then get some extensions in and you will feel much better.

take care, love xxx

I had it in for 4 weeks (it would have lasted much longer) and now I have a mohawk

Kalika your pictures of your hair look stunning and so do you!

i've got the same prob with a bad bleach ruined my hair after reading on this website i desided to get some shrinkies and hair... but the shrinkies show really badly did you do the shrinkie's right up at your root on the top of your hair so it doesnt look so noticeable? I can't even tell where your real hair is its that good

I think Kalika's hair is pretty thick (with some natural body, I would imagine), so she has more ability to go right up to the part with them. She's also said she's not all that concerned with one or two showing, because her bigger concern is not winding up with a mullet.

I think this can be a good approach for those with thicker hair, but if you have thin hair, especially if it's straight, I don't think this would be the best option. I know if wouldn't work in my hair.

With short hair, especially if it's thin, there are a few options, but you will have more challenges than most people. You might want to check out this thread: http://talk.hairboutique.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=19993&PN=30 - http://talk.hairboutique.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=19993 &PN=30

Good luck! :)
