Moisturize daily with shea butter- i got mine from http://www.agbangakarite.com - www.agbangakarite.com

Shampoo and condition weekly at a bare minimum- i like aussie shampoos and conditioners.

tie your hair up at nite with a du-rag.

drink plenty of water and exercise.

but i got a problem when i grow my hair it stops at a certain point which is where im at now an can;t get braided unit i put this blow out kit in which i don't like any1 kno wat i can without puttin tha kit in

moistuerize it and grease it up and well it grows but when i pick it out it stays that same but when i put a blow out kit in its boof(BIGGER)
