Althought this is my 3rd round of GL's, I still feel like there is alot I don't know and I really appreciate this board for all of the knowledge! Anything I can't use? Any recs for keeping the hair in good shape?

I havent used great lengths myself.But I read on a site to avoid hair products with sulfur and any kind of dandruff or scalp treatments.I hope that helps .
