blonde is her original color. I live it. She is following in the blunt over the shoulders trend though, less punk than she is normally showing.

Why be so harsh? She's definately NOT ugly... I think she's just made some bad choices (like the dark dark color). I've seen pics of her in the past that I thought she looked really pretty. |

actually. No, she doesn't have the "sex goddess" look that her sister
has, but she's pretty easy on the eyes. It's also nice to see her as a
blonde again, waaaaaay better than the fake black.

Don't much care for the color (looks blonde in some places, brown in

I think it's a vast improvement over the black mop she was sporting late last year. I understand she wanted to separate herself from her sister, but black was bit extreme...not to mention, probably pure hell to get out of her hair once she decided she didn't want it anymore! She's cute as a blonde, in my opinion. Let's see how this new color/style progresses. |

Not a fan of this new look. The ultra-dark seemed a little harsh on her, but I don't like this color or cut much at all. The pic that shows her from the back...ughhh! I hope she whacked it off herself and didn't pay for that. Reminds me of the scene from the old 80's movie Sixteen Candles when the snobby girl gets her hair stuck in the door and chopped off by her "friends". Now, Jewel on the other hand (whose pic is in the same set as Ashlee's) is looking great! Her hair is gorgeous (kind of reminds me of Naomi Watts). Fantastic color and style! I really like the color! The cut, I don't know. I think if
it were longer, I would like it more because her face shape seems to
look better with longer hair, but that's just MHO. I can't get

I love the raised clean straight line at the back, very different to whats going on at the moment, but the colour is nasty and clashes with her skin. also with this cut, her nose looks huge. I thought she looked really cute with the black choppy hair |

To me, with this new color and cut she looks a lot like Jamie Lynn Spears. I don't know why I think so, but in a bunch of the pics at gettyimages.com, she looked remarkably similar to Britney's little sis, and that's not a good thing in my opinion. Jamie Lynn's hair suits her and looks cute for her but Ashlee is looking kind of blah. I don't like the haphazard cut or the "I can't decide if I want to be blonde or brunette" haircolor. Like someone else in this thread said, I think she looked good with the brown hair, but the black was a bit too dark for her, even when she was really tan because then she never wore any lipstick or gloss and her lips perpetually were the same color as her skin. I really hate that. I think girls should at least have their lips be a slightly different color from their skin. Or, she should just bite the bullet and go back to the light blonde. I didn't think it was too light. She looked nice with it light. Even if she had dark blonde hair she'd look nice but she has to stop with the fake, dark tans. They just don't suit her in my opinion. She had nice hair on "7th Heaven" so maybe it's time to revisit her old hairstyle. |

I never thought the simpsons really had a "attractive" face but they
seem like nice girls... and they are in no way "UGLY" like ew, but
hey... it's all a matter of opinion and my opinion is: Like the color, shes' trying to fit in with her sister again but I like it better then the black. She could have tried a dark brown, but black is to harsh... and she has to loose the whole fake tan thing in these photos... it looks horrible! | I like it either blonde or brown (not black) and I think the super long length with short on top was non-sense and looked goofy kinda like an overgrown mullet or something. I liked it short but not the brassy, orangy in-between color. It was almost like her skin and hair were the same color or something - she had the fake tan, bronzy color skin. Not very flattering for her skin color or her huge nose. She needs to pick one Ashlee and be her for awhile and let the other Ashlee's rest. |

Even thought Paris has made some misstakes with bleaching and extentions she has so much more natural beauty than Ashlee. I dont know what Ashlee could do to look better... Light brown perhaps? |

There's a really good picture of Ashley Simpson on the People Magazine website...... it's actually one of the better pictures i've seen of her, and I think her light blonde hair color looks really good on her. I think she looks really, really cute with this look!
