YO I ONLY GOT WAVES ON THE SIDES AND SOME IN THE BACK. DOES A WAVE CAP/DURAG REALLY HELP THE WAVES OUR THEY JUST KEEP THEM DOWN????? ------------- JAY PEE........ HOLLA AT EM

well the durag do keep your hair down but i would say it also helps you get the waves.
