So I just finished my extensions YAY!!! (have to get the digital working and I'll post some for you all) Anyways, so many of my friends have asked me to do theirs since they've seen mine. I was wondering if anyone knows the legalities behind installing extentubes on someone. Do you have to have a cosmo license to do this? My guess was that you would have to have a license to perform anything on a person that requires a license to purchase, such as the shrinkie hot glue wand (not sure if its called that but I think you guys get the idea). However, I didnt need a license to purchase extentubes and pliers? Any help on this one ladies??

PS. Thanks for all your help girls because if I hadnt stumbled across this site and recieved so much good feedback I'd prolly be in extension hell right now about a grand or 2 in the hole. I spent 150 dollars all together on mine and they came out good enough for me

lots of love xo~Nikki~xo

Nikki, the requirements vary from state to state, you would have to check the laws in your state to find out the exact requirements. But most states do require a cos. license or some form of license.

Nikki, you can find out online at your state government web site.   I think anyone can fart around with their friends' hair without fear of  government interference.  The thing to find out is whether you can open a business, with a retail space etc.

  Best wishes
