I DONT PUT IT IN THE MICROWAVE I JUST RUN REAL HOT WATER ON IT AND IM GOOD, AFTER IT IS HOT JUST RUB IT IN THE DIRECTION OF YOUR WAVES, YOU CAN USE IT B4 AND AFTER THE POMADE ALWAYS BEFORE NOT NECESSARILY AFTER.
