I received the order lessee, Wednesday I think it was. I immediately opened the package and hair is soo soo soo soft and luscious. Wow.

Nicki was kind enough to send HUGE samples of the purple and red red. I ordered a 35 I think it was, that or 33, not sure and some pink.

When I pulled out of the 30whatever I thought, "Hmm this looks short."

I got out my handy ruler and it measured 18inches, some tips were maybe a little longer.

I emailed Nicki to let her know what happened. She emailed back to let me know that I could return the hair for a full refund. She wasn't sure whether I had ordered 18 or 20 inch.

Ofcourse waiting for her to get the hair and getting refunded and then ordering again when I ordered 20" sucks rocks.

The funky colours were all 20 inches, healthy 20 inches.

I am going to Sally's to get hair color corrector, get my hair back to its normal colour, get something to strip the too short hair and get it to a wearable colour. Put that in with extendtubes and order some Bohyme.

Fug.

Man.

Damn..

I haven't heard back from her since I emailed and asked for a photo of 130, I was going to order some more.

I can honestly say its been a bad hair week. Heh!

That said, I am going to have DH put in some of the hot pink human hair tomorrow once my hair is aok.

omg, you're seeing Morris Day and the Time. That's awesome.

Yeah, that auburn (33?) hair looks awful skinny at the ends.

Morris and the Time were the surprise guest at the last Prince show in Michigan last Summer.

It was awesome. They are so so so good live.

Otis Day and the TIme? Is thatthe same as Otis Day and the Nights?....You know you make me wanna SHOUT! Put my hands up and SHOUT!
That one?

That would be awesome. But Henry Rollins...sighhhhh.....a bit different, tho.

At the Prince show in Detroit, I was on the main floor, then towards the end of the concert I snuck my way up towards the front and the security guard made me go back to my seat!

I was standing back at my seat and a woman came up and said, 'Were you trying to get to the front?' I said yes and she gave me her ticket.

So I zoomed up to the front, showed my new ticket stub and it was like he was right there. He came over to our side of the stage and I swear to Goddess looked right at me, I put my hand up, palm facing towards him and really just like -felt- him. It was cool.

He could of also been looking at me so intently because I had HUGE purple falls on that I used an entire bottle of glitter spray on.

Either way, it rocked.

My hair. Not so much.

I used the color remover which stated that it would only remove the color.

Well, I got blonde hair instead.

I went to the pharmacy and got some lighter auburn.

Now its muddy water with a few copper pennies glinting from the bottom.

I dare not do anything more to it.

I am shaking my fist towards Canada, I never had these problems before my best pal (who was also a stylist for many years) married a g.d. Canadian and moved to the frigid north.

Fark.

Prince.
Henry.

Rose, you are very funny!

Yeah, those color removers say they don't alter your natural pigment, but they always do.  Removing color is a very complicated job.

Good luck with that!

I love the colors of you hair!

Colorfix is the color remover everybody recommends. I wanted to remove a year-old unnatural red stripe from my hair, so I used a L'Oreal product that I got at Walmart. It lightened the sections it touched to a pale gingery blond. So I colored those sections medium brown auburn, and they came out brilliant Titian red, not much of an improvement. (I liked the color, but only if it was on my whole head, not reproducible though.) Then I went to Sally's and bought some protein filler and demipermanent dye, dark walnut color. Finally I've got it so the stripe blends in. It does fade, so I periodically reapply the demipermanent color.

It was scary.

color remover usually only works well on artificial color within a day or so of colouring it - not a year later...
