oh yeah....she listed dates that she will be away and orders wont be processed, did anyone understand those dates? 12.05-17.05???

hmm. question sherrie - is all the PH silky monofiber kanekalon? monofiber is monofiber regardless of the "kanekalon" or not, right?

ach. terminology gets me everytime...but i agree - oooh. i smell a new PH order!

edit: okay, der. just checked the PH page and the regular silky monofibre is kanekalon, so i guess it is the same yet more heat resistant...yay for sara. she really listens to her customers.

Hey Cheryl -

Yes all the PH silky monofiber is kanekalon.

Re the powerlon - we'll have to ask Sara if she plans on carrying it in a wider range of colors. Right now she only has it in about a dozen of the new colors - all of them in the "Fancy" (vs. "Natural") range.

ahhh...thanks for checking that out Fina & Cheryl. I had not made it that far yet. Sure would be nice to find thermal fiber in the plastikhaar color range....Am I just dreaming??

I guess I just got excited to see that the powerlon is more heat resistant, so Im assuming its a fiber that acts/reacts more like the thermal fiber.

Powerlon...the plot thickens. (I just love the name of it.)

It also looks like Sara's gotten some new colors in stock, and replaced some of the Chinese fiber with the Japanese.

Yeah, Sara! :)

Powerlon. OK, is that for sure a thermofibre? Is more coming soon?

I have been in touch with American Dream and they said their
thermo shipment got screwed up and the hair is wrong. They are
estimating two weeks for all the supposedly lucsious stuff we've been
salivating for.

So, Mandeep told me they had two colors in the 36" length on a weft
in a few blondes that I had been waiting for. When I did the email
equivilent of screaming and fist pumping, I immediately inquired if I
could purchase it right away. Should I call or should I just give card
info via email.

Poof. Mandeep was gone. I haven't heard from her since.

Man. I feel like this AD thermo is Bigfoot.

When I made our order, she was adamant about NOT sending cc info via email. She wanted me to read it to her over the phone. Guess they must have had some security issues.

So they have some 30" thermo wefts? And the screwed up order: any indication of how screwed up...I mean, it sounds like she has some stock as opposed to the none of last month.

Amm Im not sure that the new fiber from plastikhaar is actually thermal fiber. But Im assuming that it is at least 'similar' to thermal fiber based on Sara's email

Quote some of the new colours come in a new kk fibre called
powerlon. its great stuff, feels very silky and is quite tangle
free. but its more heat resitant! look out for the special note next
to every powerlon colour : )
