I really need help with my hair. I have so many obstructions that I just lose my confidence with new hairstyles. I was wondering if you guys could help me choose a hairstyle that would help suit my face/features.

My forehead is quite large (So I'm told) and my eyebrows are quite thick. I also have a 'cow's lick' Here is my picture:

Here is a photo of me with slightly longer hair:

right, you look quite conservative which is cool, but i wouldnt suggest any crazzzzy hairstyles..

therefore, i suggest you give it a couple of months growth and then go get it cut and styled into the bed head look..

note: the key word there is cut, not shaved..so you'll have to go to a hairdresser rather than barber,

once you've got the beadhead look, its as simple as bunging in abit of TIGI bedhead in your hair everymorning to give it that messy, yet refined, shine defined look!

anyway questions, ask here!

Funny you should say that! I'm not all that adventurous with my hair at all. The thing is, my prom is in a few weeks (17th June) and I want a hairstyle that looks good, stylish yknow but I don't want it to be too high maintenance. I don't really like long hair though tbh. If you have any pics of styles could you post them? Thanks.

hey,

i would advise something like that from our good friend charlie simpson (this guy tends to have great hair..) its about 2 months longer than yours and cut well..not too sure of the cut, but it wouldnt be hard to take photos to a hairdresser. Styling wise, it takes 5 minutes, it looks fashionable yet not extravagent and in my opinion will suit you well.

its dam simple but im sure it will look great

Heh. I'd really like to try that sorta thing out but I guess it's my confidence to actually have a style like that that would stop me. Maybe something a little shorter (remember I have to go to the prom )

lol dude your a goodlooking guy, trust me you can pull it off..

however, all im saying, is that sorta style..just make sure theres no shaver involved..ill find ya a shorter pic of chaz's hair..he seems to be the dude to follow at the mo in terms of hairstyles, he does them well!

heres something abit shorter..

my advice would be to dont touch your hair till a few days before the prom, and then go get it cut like that..im not sure how fast your hair grows but im sure u could get it to that lenght by then..make sure u take that pic to the hairsdresser

that will take a minute to style, a bit of fibre putty to give it that roughed up textured look, and then if u want some hairspray to hold the style and shine enhance it

what do u think?

sticking to that short lenght that u want..im stuck for ideas...

id say that you could make that style more formal by simply styling it different..

get that sorta cut, but instead of having messy spikes, simply style it all forward with it up at the front which will make it look neater but still good

Hey I might just do that. I think I'll grow my hair out a bit more, only a couple of weeks. My friend's offered to cut my hair, she's a trainee so I can get exactly what I want for free :D

Thanks for your suggestions, they've really helped
