Hi I'm new here, and I use to have long hair (past my shoulders) about 3 years ago. I had it cut short (spiked) because of the chronic nerve pain that I had gotton from having gallbladder surgery (long story). Well I just couldn't take care of my long hair so then I had it cut short. Ofcourse now I regret it (at first I liked my short hair) but it's been a couple of years now since I have had this same hairstyle and now I want to go back to having my long hair again. I remember it took about 4 years from having short to long hair UGH! My hair just grows so slow! I just need some support in my journey of having my long hair again, I really miss it!! Here's a website on where you can see me with long hair and now with my short hair, sorry for the terrible photo of the picture of my long hair. And yep I bleach my hair blonde!

Welcome to the board, Kim! I think your hair looks cute, but I can understand why you'd want it longer. If you want it to grow faster, I say stop bleaching it. Even dying it bleach blonde is better I think- bleach (IMHO) is one of long hair's (and hair in general's) worst enemies. Hi Kim! Good luck on your hair growing journey, and post anytime
you need support! I used to highlift dye my hair to white too, I
loved it! I did quit doing it in the quest for long hair, but a
few inches below shoulder is still short enough that you should be able
