...i just had to post again. lol

i ordered 20" straight wawa in 27/613. i read about hte bodywave frizzing up. i believe it will last me a long time, because i don't think i will ever be curling it. plus i am making clip in with it, so it won'tg et washed as often.
i don't really know how to sew the clips onto the hair. i found these on the sally website

how many clips should go on, say, a 12" wide weft? what kind of thread should i use? i read someone saying they like upholstery thread, so i'll look for that at joann fabrics.

I use weave thread, you can get a big spool of it at your local beauty supply store for $1, Or as someone mentioned before, if you want a closer color match you can use heavy duity (like upholstery) thread.

On a 12" wide weft, I sew 5 clips for extra security and upholstry thread from the fabric store.
