Hi all:

First off, great forum! Very helpful ppl, hopefully I'll get some honest answers :) First a quick background...

Typical asian guy look, I'm a bit taller than avg 180cm, average build, usually wear glasses/ have contacts occasionally, longish hair (see picture). Thing is...I'm onto graduate studies / and business professional job positions...where cleaniness and professionalism would count alot.

Here's what my hair looks like now. It had some sort of treatment thing done around a 3/4 year ago? My ex told me to try it...

I've had the mullet (hence the name ^) for the last few years...haven't had really short hair since I was a kid... can anyone suggest a style that'll fit my face/shape for me?

Thanks in advance :)

Well gosh, your hair looks fine as it is.  Maybe cut it shorter in the back only? Ask some friends in real life too, they'll be able to give you better feedback.

i agree it looks great now, but you can cut it short and push the hair foward.

Thanks for the compliments ladies :)

Quick update: I tried the shorter hair thing awhile ago, didn't really like it / maybe not used to it?  Shortish attempt (gel'd back right after haircut for this business meeting)

I did cut my hair a bit shorter so its not as annoying in sports though!

Comments / suggestions? The perm effect seems to be wearing off and my thick hair form seems to be coming back too :/

Thanks again

If professionalism matters to you, I'd have to say that your new hairdo looks a lot more professional than the one in your first post.

Great hair
