I damaged my hair by using a straightner and now its dry and it feels rough when I put my hand through my hair. I tried shampoos and conditioners and no results. I dont know to make it smooth and undry. Im a boy and i have blonde hair thats almost at my chin. Help.

Get a protein treatment like Joico K-Pak Restructuring Treatment (not sure of the name). Follow it with a deep conditioner like Redken All Soft Heavy Cream.

I have a guitar question for you. I am just starting to play. I'm teachign myself and I'm trying to learn how to play songs with open-g tuning. When I play the C and D chords it's really hard for me to press down the strings hard enough. Any tips?

Clarifying with a vinegar and water rinse or soak always help if dryness is due to buildup of any kind.  Also, I find frequent light oiling of the ends with jojoba oil is very helpful.
