the hair in your first pic looks like its been styled using ceramic hair straighterners and then various hair products have been applied, a rough morning styling procedure for that hair would be,
1) shower - make sure besides shampooing your hair, your using loads of conditioner and leaving in the conditioner for at least 3 minutes
2) towel drying and giving it abit of a brush in the sorta direction u aim to style it, u may also wanna apply an heat protectant cream (Explain why in abit)
3) hair drying time...dont straighten your hair from wet, dry it bone dry while trying to dry it in the sort of style u want
4) hair straightening time..go get yourself a pair of decent ceramics, 40-50 pounds. in my opinion, just striaghten the lot..it gives a great effect, straightening is an art and it will take practice but theyre pretty straight forward to use..(note why we've used heat protectant cream here)
5) k now thats done, use a shine defining wax
the one im using at the moment can be bought from boots, produced by Mark Hill, and is called Texture Defining Wax i think. Rub abit between your hands and apply sparingly throughout the hair, it shines it, and defines it which is basically what u want
6) hair spray! adds more shine, and holds the style
sounds like a mission, whole procedure should take u about 25 mins..good luck
