Shakira seems to be a lot shorter in these new photos--but personally, I like it. Love the mingled dark and blonde.

She is so cute. I would love to know what her stylist does with the color. It appears to break a bunch of hairdressing "rules", but it looks fabulous. Anybody have any ideas about the pattern of color? |

ya long hair is awsome. but look at all the breakage she had. The cut was definately in order. All the bleach was starting to make it look like a frizz ball. But I guess a yellow frizz ball is better than a black one. lol, a little less witchy. Anyways, her color is looking much better these days with the brown running through it. Would you consider her new color to be cool, warm, or nuetral? ------------- |

new color is a cool? I always thought of her as being warm but the
color makes her seem quite cool... At any rate, she's the perfect
example of how some people look awesome with any hair color.

It is possible to have very long bleached hair. Both one of my best friends and my bosses partner did/do (respectively), from dark brown to bright blonde. And it was in better condition too. Maybe Shakira wasn't careful with the treatment of her hair... Judging by the picture posted, her hair needed a cut. Long hair is nice but if its unhealthy, it needs to go. A trim never hurt anyone. I dont think she's had alot of hair cut off, when I opened this thread I was expecting to see a pixie cut, because her hair is definetly NOT short. Plus, her hair is curled in that picture, and curls make hair look shorter. It would probaly look alot longer if it was straightened. ------------- Pain is inevitable; Suffering is optional |
