Hey, i'm a 15 year old dude and i recently started using conditioner and other such hair products to help make my hair healthier. Before then i had only used shampoo, so it had been in kind of a mess. However, lately, right when i come out of the shower and towel my hair off, once it dries it feels all thick and bristly, kinda like a really bad wig. I use water to put down any parts of my hair that are sticking up, but once all the moisture is gone miniscule little hairs kind of go up, so that while no big clumps are standing up there are all these tiny hairs going straight up. Also, my hair does not look sleek and shiny AT ALL - it feels okay when i run my hands through it, but it looks like a wig made out of crow feathers. Is there any way i could make it smooth, sleek, and not all bunchy? (And please name specific product names i could use, instead of vaguely mentioning a type of product)

I used to have the same exact problem as you, although I got it chemically straightened. You might want to use Garnier Fructis Smoothing Milk to help your soften your hair, or apply Biosilk hair lotion on damp hair. Hope that helped..
