hey, so my natural hair color is pretty light blonde hair, and I have never died it (only low and sometimes hightlights)...now that I have had it for 15 years I decided it is time for a change. I don't know if i want to dye my whole head a brown or get some funky color put in it. I am pretty fair skinned (in other words pale) and burn easy in the sun, with blue eyes. I don't look very good in golds, better in cooler colors. So my question really is, what should I do? I was thinking of dying my tips a dark brown or maybe red. My hair kind of is this color:

(maybe a little lighter) or like the blonde olsen sister (have no idea if it is Mary Kate or Ashely...really don't like either of them)

I don't want to cut my hair since I am trying to grow it out. It is about a little past bra strap length, with lots of layers(which I regret). So color is the only thing I can think of for change. Thanks for any suggestions

Chelsea B.

well i had blonde hair before i weirdly changed into bottle redhead yesterday lol

i had the same colour of urs and i had done some red lowlights with red tips and it looked great really it was so cool that i kept them for a long while ...go for it i say it's a nice change and wont ruin ur hair and red fade pretty fast so if u dont like them they will just wash out without doing much of a damage to ur natural hair colour

I wouldn't count on dark or red colors washing out of your blond hair. Why don't you have some synthetic red highlights pinchbraided in? It'll be good for a couple of months, and then you can remove them without damage.

Just looking for a few good hair slaves - is that too much to ask?
