When I wake up in the morning my eyes get puffy and especially when I'm sick they do. Does anyone use anything special to make the puffiness go down? If so let me know what it is so I can try it out! Thx!

I recommend to use two herbal tea bags, after use put in the fridge over night then use it first thing in the morning for 5 mins.

Also you may full up your sink with really cold water and splash it on your face whilst meassaging for 5 minutes.

Your blood cells will feel re-energise
