Are you supposed to put the oil on wet or dry hair?

Layla, I don't know if you're referring to pre-poo or hot oil treatments, but I apply my pre-poo mixture (EVOO, organic virgin coconut oil, jojoba and aloe vera gel) to DRY hair, apply shower cap and let sit before shampooing. HTH~~

I've recently picked up on oiling again, and do it on dry hair. You can still oil wet, but it's best to oil wet hair after a hairwash rather than before.
